Terms of service
Last updated: 12 October 2026. Pixelaris Country Rules is provided by Pixelaris S.L., B21739354, Carrer Penyagolosa, Nº 8 – Pl. 5 – Prta. D, 12540 Vila-real, Castellón, Spain.
The service
The app changes online-store product visibility, price displays and purchase buttons according to merchant-defined country rules. You are responsible for the rules, messages, images and destination links you configure and for having permission to use those materials.
Plans and billing
The Free plan has no recurring charge. Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades and taxes are shown on Shopify’s plan selection and approval pages. Charges are processed exclusively by Shopify. No paid plan is activated without Shopify’s merchant approval. Uninstall through Shopify Admin to cancel the app subscription in accordance with Shopify’s billing rules.
When you downgrade, existing rules remain stored. Rules exceeding the plan limit or using features unavailable on that plan stop running. You can edit them for the new plan or upgrade again.
Technical scope
The app operates in the online-store theme and requires its app embed to be enabled. Theme structure and other apps can affect compatibility. Test your theme before enabling restrictions. If country detection or the service is unavailable, the storefront may remain visible. IP detection can be affected by VPNs and proxies.
These are presentation controls. They are not an access-security system, an age-verification service, or an enforcement mechanism for shipping, taxes, regulated-product sales or checkout eligibility. Configure those requirements through the appropriate Shopify features and services.
Support and changes
Contact info@pixelarisgroup.com for assistance. We may update the app to maintain compatibility or correct issues. Material pricing changes are communicated through Shopify’s supported billing processes. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
Spanish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules. Contact Pixelaris first so that we can work to resolve a concern.
